About Us: The DNA of CIMA Dental

CIMA Dental Academy was founded by Dr. Iñaki Gamborena with a clear goal: to pass on the clinical philosophy of someone who has shaped aesthetic and restorative dentistry worldwide.

His approach to implantology, prosthodontics and soft-tissue management has influenced generations of clinicians all over the world. The academy was created to bring that vision to a new generation of dentists who want to go beyond theory and develop true clinical judgement and manual mastery.

Our training is built on daily clinical practice, multidisciplinary decision-making and intensive hands-on skills training.

CIMA Dental is the clinical environment where that philosophy is applied every day. A clinic focused on advanced oral rehabilitation, implantology, aesthetics and complex multidisciplinary treatments.

The academy was born precisely from that clinical reality: from the need to share a working model based on biology, aesthetics, function and high-level clinical execution.
